What is with these parents lately?
In the last week or so there was the Mom who made her babys formula with vodka because she thought it was water...
The mom who microwaved her baby and then plead not guilty...
and the parents who slept while their baby had ten toes chewed off by their puppy. They were next to the baby.
Why do we need pemits to drive a car but just anyone can have a baby?

Ugh, I agree. What is the world coming to? I actually respect people more who choose not to have kids then those who pop 'em out every chance they get.

I think this country should make people register their kids like they do their cars. If people had to pay a registration fee every year on each kid until the kid was 18, instead of being able to get the government to pay THEM for popping out more puppies, then I think lots of people would think twice before procreating so carelessly. There should be a kid inspection too like on vehicles. Your kid has to be inspected every year to make sure they being properly cared for both physically and emotionally or they get put in a foster home. The problem is there are no penalties (or at least not strong enough ones) for people who use kids as an excuse to rake in welfare and get a tax break.
