No offense to your friend, but it's pretty unlikely that someone is going to pay $15/month for someone else to be playing on their account.
If he is looking for an online RPG where he doesn't have to pay, he should check out the following:

He's still going to have to pay for the montly service. No one is going to pay that for him each month.
He can still just download the game from Blizard, but he still needs to pay for the montly subscription.
