High interval cardio at least 45 minutes 3-4 times a week. Also, resistance training using lighter weight and more reps. Instead of counting reps see go by the time. For instance do one full minute of lunges followed by one full minute of squats with no rest between sets. Go to womenshealthmag.com for some great exercise programs/ideas.

Exercise... I have a sit down job & I sit at the computer 5 days/wk. I noticed my hips, thighs, & butt were starting to get bigger & wider so I started working out almost everyday to some dvds (try denise austin or leslie sansone). They have walking, jogging, and dancing dvd's that will get you moving. They are both great! I've been doing it for a month now & I can tell a difference in my clothes. My husband can tell too.
Good luck! Exercise is the only way to slim!!

If they are getting big due to weight gain, the best thing you can do is start doing cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes to get the weight off.

Big hips are a cute thing. But just don't let them get too big. Walk or Jog every now and then (thrice a week or so). That would be enough.

if they add to your beauty , let them become big . but only for certain extent . if they become huge , they'll create lot of problems . running from my experience is a good exercise to reduce their shape and its the quickest method too. may be it'll take 1 to 3 months depending on their size . no other natural method , i think is as quick . never go for any medicines or other artificial methods . they may cause side effects and leave sufferings for a long time

to reduce ur hip u do hip walking that is u sit with ur both legs in the front n then move ur one leg in the front n then second as if ur walking do it for 5 min daily n then u can stand with the support n then stand on ur toes n move them up n down like u jog.,

Yes if it is because gaining weight do a 20 min. workout 4-5 times a week. If not its because it is just a part of adolescense and its natural. Are you getting more curvy. Thats just how you are now so dont worry.

the best way to do excecise. You can do aerobics. doing aerobics for 1 hr ,five days a week would be very benificial. You may not see the results very soon....but surely it will help u. The key thing is to be regular.

I was blessed (or cursed, depending on who you ask) w/ hips thanks to genetics. I've tried it all. The one and only thing that works for me is cardio on a regular basis. I prefer the elliptical machine but do what you like best so that you will stick with it.
