My friend was trying to change the automatic code of 000, set by the manufacturer, to a more personal one. He did something totally wrong and now I cant open the zipper lock anymore. It seems stuck but i know a wrong button was pressed while changing the code or simply, he did it the wrong way. Im trying to unlock it using the changed code or the 000 but nothing is working. How can i unlock it now? Is there any generic way or something to erase all the codes totally and go back to automatic 000?

a knife would work. :)

Try calling the manufacturer. I found, in life, calling a manufacturer directly is more helpful than not. Not always though but it's worth a try. They do like helping their consumers if they can.

Good luck.

This ain't a cellphone thing. But since you asked, because you don't know the current combo, here are some ideas:

A locksmith who can detect the tumbling pins and find the old combo.

A TSS agent who has one of the keys that can open any TSS-approved lock. That is, if your lock is TSS-approved.

Local hardware store who carries bolt cutters.
