When KG Jr was a rookie, there were four major brands of baseball card: Topps, Fleer, Donruss, and Upper Deck. All of them would be an official rookie card, but I'd look in a card trader's pricing guide, find the highest valued one, and call that the official one. Otherwise, take your pick.

The 1st answerer is correct.

Look for card #1 from the 1989 Upper Deck Baseball set.
