I totally agree!!

I have a sister in law that is just this way. She is not satisfied unless there is turmoil all around her. After seeing what makes her tick, I remembered an old saying..."Misery loves company." Miserable people want other miserable people around them. Knowing this makes it easier to spot these people and steer clear of them.

The people who do that are just miserable people in general and they can't stand seeing others happy. They will do what ever it takes to bring people down with them. I can't stand being near people like that especially when I am in a great mood. They are depressing people to be around. And it makes them even more angry when nothing they do works and everyone is still happy.

misery likes company. People like this are everywhere just waiting to suck the positivity out of people like fleas. Personally, I can't stand them. As soon as negative energy enters the room I'm in, I'm out of there like a bat out of hell. They don't realize they are like that until everyone alienates them. They aren't happy unless everyone else sees their shitty view of life.

It's not just you. I have a co-worker who has to make everyone else's problems and situations seem trivial compared to hers.
