Dukla Prague would be my choice as well.
For those not aware, HALF MAN HALFBISCUIT were a Birkenhead based group from late 70s early 80s. They were very well thought of by critics and were even offered a spot on C4s seminal music prog THE TUBE.They turned it down because recording on a friday clashed with a Tranmere Rovers home game.
