Its in the series the OC (The Orange County) in the episode that Rian kisses Melissa and, well the episode ends, Ive asked everyone I know, and now that I cant seem to find it, it just bugs me ever more, It sound like the guy from eagle eye cherry, but its not? Any suggestions, if you have seen the episode?

Your description is very vague, because there have been countless episodes where Ryan kisses Marissa, and the show ends. Hoever, you can go to The OC Crossroads website and look for their music section. You can view and listen to songs that have been previously featured on certain episodes. Try listening to some of them and see if you recognize it.

Your best bet would be to go to the OC site on Fox. You can go through the episode recaps to find the episode containing the song. With the episode number you would be better able to determine who sang the song and wich song it is. There are also CDs being released with the songs considered important to the show.
