I sent a picture postcard back from Ireland when I was on holiday there. It arived 3 weeks after I arrived back in the UK. The postcard picture was a joke though about the slow and laid back way of life in Ireland. It occured to me that someone in the Post Office in Ireland, may have held it back just to make the joke come true. Great sense of humour if they did.

Northern Ireland (Ulster) First Class - next day usually... Ireland (Eire) up to a week - sometimes more...don't know what is wrong with the Post Office there - maybe because it is treated as foreign mail.

No. we should not be governed from London. The North will unite with the Republic to style a sparkling eire in time, yet we can flow away the united kingdom interior the approach. GW, I admire your opinion, yet do you settle for the Tory whip concerning cuts? i do no longer await what the ecu could do.
