The Core 2 Duo for sure, the Turion only has a clock speed of 1.6Ghz compared to 2.16 of the Core 2 Duo, plus the Core 2 Duo has 4MB cache compared to 512K for the Turion. Plus the Core 2 Duos outperform same speed Turion's to begin with, and this Core 2 Duo has a higher speed.

Get a Macbook or Macbook Pro. They're much better systems with much better security.

They both come with Core 2 Duo processors.
