I agree w/the possible "Namaste" meaning, but the fingertips would be facing up, right? This just looks like a random gesture (see my comment), as if you were waiting. Usually, palms together indicates being finished with something, or that you are planning something or even saying (as someone wrote): "We're done". It can also be used to emphasize a point, esp. using an up-down motion, but here it looks relaxed...just bored!
