I'm feeling cramps and sore and tender breast, How early can implantation occur, my last period was Nov. 28, my cycles are of every 27 more or less exact. Could this feeling be implantation or something else still got 11 days till my next period never felt this way before.

Could be ovulation.....maybe you are ovulating late this month, it happens.Just to be sure, you should BD today.

It all depends on when your body decided to ovulate. If your period STOPPED on Nov. 28 then you ovulate about 4-8 days after that, which means that you very well could be pregnant.
If you started on the 28th then it is probably something else.

if you are pregnant implantation takes only 7 days after the sperm penetrates the egg, 5 weeks after the sperm penetrates the egg the brain and spinal cord will be developing, and at 6 weeks the heart starts beating.
but what you are describing sounds like a normal period with cramps and tender breasts...
