what do you think about a person who you see walking down the street who can't make eye contact, walks with a bad posture, and looks nervous? would you find the person looking unattractive, ugly?i'm talking about me. i have social anxiety and go through this most of the time because i'm uncomfortable in my own skin around my others and people always say negative stuff about me that makes me feel down. I feel like if i can be myself than people might actually find me pretty because some people that i am comfortable around tell that i am pretty.

you are treated how you portray yourself.For some reason you feel as if what you have to give to this world is not good and you seem to shy away from who you are.Forget that way of thinking,I bet you are very intelligent and have much to share with the world.If you don't share your gifts with us in this world how will the good people survive?Being beautiful is truly in the eye of the beholder because when some one speaks from their heart and those words reach the ear of some else,those words could do wonders for anothers soul and opens the eyes of others and suddenly you are beautiful to them.Please stop allowing yourself to hold yourself down.People like you are the spirit of this world and you must spread your gifts,there will always be negative people and negative comments made out of fear or jealousy,but the greatest of people were always criticized for standing up for them selves,yet those same people have gone down in history as the great inspirations of our life times.
