Seems to be legitimate. Following is an excerpt from an article appearing in BBC Health, which listed it as one of the Top Health Websites:

I never give out my credit card information to an incoming caller... If I were to receive this call I would thank the caller hang up and call the credit card company they mentioned directly... It's a pretty simple and easy way to protect your credit... If you are unsure of the number of your credit card company speak with your bank they have all the appropriate numbers and are very happy to give them to you if asked...
