Well I am a big fan of the Rosetta Stone series, which is a language course you do a t home, but it is quite pricey so look on EBay,you may be able to get one cheap. You can also start watching English t.v.,cartoons and commercials are especially helpful.Rent a film that is English but subtitled in your language.Good luck,I learnt french this way it took about six months but I am proud to say I am fluently bilingual and am trying to learn Arabic now.

The best way to improve your knowledge in languages is reading! So just read articles in English about something interesting to you. Use the dictionary! Also watch movies in English or with subtitles. It really helped me. Good luck!

Read Books a bit loudly. First pronounce the words correctly. Then watch your speed of reading. Better way contribute to some English News Paper. Try to remember atleast five new words that come your way. Take the help of dictionary to know the meaning. Selected Five new words should be written down. Try to make sentences of these words. Write with Fountain Pen rather than pencil. Watch the results yourself.......

Do you really want to improve your english?
There are some good advice here in the previous answers, but a little tip: DON'T imitate the "slang" people use on the internet. This will not teach you good english.
Don't use "wanna" - use "want to"
your question shoudl read: "I want to improve my english. Please talk to me"
don't use 2, use "to"
keep practising!!!

You can do this practically. Read as much as possible. If you find a new word, refer a dictionary and memorise. Try to write as much as possible. Show them to someone who will show your mistakes. Also find somebody to talk in English. (He/She must be very good in English) You ask him / her to speak to you also in English and tell if you went wrong. If you can write love letters to someone good in English, then do so and ask that one to correct if you have done any mistakes. Always try to write / read whatever subject you are interested. Then you will improve your English very soon.

Hey, how are you? Well that's just great. It's chilly outside today isn't it? My boss is such a wench so I'm getting me a voodoo doll that looks just like her. Well, it was so nice talking to you. Have a great day okay? I'll call you later.
Is that good enough?

The only way to appear to speak english is to add several more random consonants after every sentence. Try it, trust me.
