YES!!! I thought they were a lot of fun. But I gotta agree with Boatman that there should be less remote control and more autonomous functioning.

It got so darn boring. If the rules did not allow remote control, and the machines had to be fully autonomous, then that would be interesting. I got tired of seeing the same stupid spinning designs blast everyone else. I want to see a thinking machine jockey for position and then take out the other one, not just a flailing steel ball.

Yes I really enjoyed that programme. Especially watching the losing team in the control box, when their robot is getting totally trashed, they take it so well!
