i doubt anyone, male or female, would want to be vut in half by a butcher to release a baby. as painfull *** im sure giving birth is, and i can say im galad thats one pain i never have to experience, it isnt actually a butcher that cuts you in half, its a highly skilled surgeon that does the operation which is only usually done through an 4 to 6 inch cut in the lower abdomen and tjere are plenty of meds to help ease the pain. if it were a case of a butcher cutting you in half to release the baby im guessing that irrispective of the gender giving birth the worlds population would crash.

I dont think any man or woman in his/her right mind would want to go through labour or a c-section! If babies really did appear under the gooseberry bush or be brought by a stork it would be so much easier!

I had a c-section last year and my hubby looked sicker than i was, he sat and hid behind the screen looking like he was going to faint!
c-sections arent as bad as people make out either, yeah they arent nice but neither is normal child birth! we have come a long way from the age of using brandy and the nearest kitchen knife!

Why do women keep going on at men about labour when there is no way we can ever experience it?
You are not cut in half it is a surgery just like every other surgery experienced by men or women and surgery is never nice so quit with the labour stuff

Are you referring to a c-section? If so, they're really not all that bad and they don't make you go to med school just to be a butcher, doctors kind of know what they're doing.

Being cut open has got to be better than squeezing it out of a hole. Golf ball thorugh a straw springs to mind.

Stop moaning about it, dont get pregnant if your bothered by it.

When my partner was pregnant and during labour, i wished for it to be myself going through the pain as it had upset me her going through all the trauma of childbirth.
I would have done anything to make it better for my partner.
