Technically 18 to become a constenting adult. However, some states have laws that allow people to marry younger if they have both sets of parents/guardians' consents. This actually came under fire when a couple were legally married in Nebraka, but the husband was arrested for statutory rape in Kansas (I believe that was the scenario). It varies from state to state on how young you can marry.

Depends on the state. Some have an age of consent as low as 14, some as high as 18.
You're going to have to be more specific.

18 because the individual is an adult. But there are many people having sex at age 11. So what does it matter?

It depends on the state in which you live. As far as I am aware, the youngest is 12 (and only in 1 state), the oldest is 18. Most states say 16.
