If she do not have arms or legs, it would be much easier to help her, as it is always difficult to save a drowning person when he/she is struggling. He/she usually will start pulling the saver with her hands. You just have to wait til she is unconscious and pull her by holding on her neck making sure to keep her head out of water...

I'm not a good swimmer at all, but yes! I would try my best to save someone who was drowning. If she has no arms or legs, guess I'd grab an ear!.....Just kidding! I'd hold on the best I could.

Obviously, I'd try to help anyone drowning, unless it was my mortal enemy, lmfao, not that I have any but yeah. I'd prolly pick her up by her mouth or tongue or something or by a nostril...actually better yet just grab her hair lol, well it doesn't really matter as long as she survives, am I right?

Lie on your back and have her body rest on your chest. With one arm, hold her chin above the water while you use the other hand and your feet to paddle to safety.

No, because that probably means a shark bit off her arms and legs.
I'm not going to jump in shark infested waters to save someone I don't know. Are you crazy?
