Generally you are not required to make those corrections any time something like that changes. Only at the time of the application and renewal are you required to list them. Even then, nobody really checks to see if you are telling the truth. I had a buddy who got bypass surgery and lost over 200 lbs. but he keeps his 400lb drivers license so that he can show people what he used to look like.

As someone else has said, it depends on whether you choose to become taller or shorter when they fit your tin legs.

As to your weight, I gues it depends on how fat your legs were before you lost them, and how heavy the tin ones were.
