Make him disappear. It has made liars out of parents by telling kids Santa exist. Then kids when they find out there isn't Santa they will wonder about other things being true or untrue. I make sure my kid knows that his gifts comes from hard earned money. I would hate to give that credit to some fictitious character.

Give him a toy for his yearly toy drive. He distributes them to underprivileged kids so they know that someone cares about them.
I might have to give more than one because of all the Grinches out there. I had no idea there were so many!
