I have requested Human right commission to look in to my claim that I have issued the warning to our T.V.Stations 2 hours before the Tsunami attack .They ignored my warning. That has caused the death of ten thousand Indians in our country. Now to hide the fact our Human right commission says my complained is out of their purview. Can any body suggest what is the remedy?

I think you have chosen a wrong forum to air the warning, because even if the Human Rights Commission was willing to give the warning, they are not competent to do so. Because HRC is not a warning issuing body. Although their responsibility is to protect the human rights but their powers and functions are limited.

You may have contacted the meteorological department or the Home Ministry or even the police station, they may have helped you and may helped Thousands of Indians.
