Unfortunately, consent can come without intent....... if all the people around you tell you that you are inferior or show your inferiority through their actions, you would begin to believe it yourself. The same lie told by ten people consistently over a period of time becomes the truth for the time being. This is a harsh reality that we can not ignore.

You must have gargantuan coping skills.
Some people are called names and it does affect you. Ever been bullied in school? You look at yourself in a different way. You wonder if the people who are encouraging you up to that point have been lying to you. It can be very confusing and your self-image suffers. Do not belittle the very real effect of a nasty word. Even though you might say to yourself: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me," the truth is, words hurt.
In the same way, an encouraging word has a priceless value, but one held back is just as bad as a bad one said.

you have the power over your feelings no one can make you gld sad mad or any other emotion things may happen or may be said that can influence your reaction but in the end how you react is totally up to you so go have a great life and dont ley any influence otherwise!
