i keep looking on the net for free anti virus and a free pop up blocker b ut cant seem to find any. i use to use norman anti virus but cant seem to get that anymore.plz can u help?

Your pop up blocker is in your browser, look at tools - internet options and it should be the first thing you see:)
You need to install one firewall.
The Windows firewall doesn't stop malware on your pc from dialling out.
