Turkey is very lean and much healthier for you. Ham and any pork product has parasites that are are extremely dangerous to humans. You cannot cook the parasites out of pork because they are embedded in the meat.

actually turkey is healthier- it Will take anywhere from 2 to 3 days for the pork to completely digest-ewwwwww! this is baddddd for your body. and besides turkey will give you a good nights rest- Triphtophan yeah!!!!! soooo... gobble some up!!!! he heh he
