If the spiders are in your garden, I would let them be. Spiders are natural predators, and help keep the population of other garden pests under control.
If you have a lot of spiders, you probably also have a lot of other insects. If you start killing the spiders, you will probably start to have problems with the other insects.
If the spiders are coming into your house, you could spray insect spray around your doors and windows, and also around your foundation. This will encourage them to stay outside, and will kill them if they try to get inside.
Seriously though -- the spiders are probably harmless, and do much more good than you think. Let them stay!
HOpe this information helps!

As a professional Gardener, I would never consider killing any spider in the garden. If they are in the way, I will pick them up and move them to a safer location, without hesitation.
Spiders are amongst the best methods of biological control of pests that can cause problems to plants.
Don't kill them respect them for their beneficial aid to you.

They are called "golden garden spiders" and eat 200 times their weight in insects per day including those monsterous grasshoppers that can decimate your garden. Leave the beautiful ladies right where they are, better yet, send them to me!

Why do you want to, they are eatting all the bugs that will mess up your garden, and without poisons. If they can't find food they will leave on their own.
