Yesterday -- the cobbler of all people -- little old man who was very nice. I bought some shoes that I had to have -- they were a bit loose and I needed one more hole punched into the straps of each shoe. I had to find a cobbler -- very, very hard to find, but I did find one. He was so nice - he happily punched the holes in the straps and didn't charge me for his time. It really made my day!!!!!
