Probably the battery on the motherboard that saves the settinge when you turn off the power. It's easy to fix.
Leave the power supply plugged in, this keeps the PC grounded.
Make sure the PC is shut down.
Pry the little quarter-sized battery up with a fingernail or small flathead screwdriver, it should pop out. Sometimes they are held in place by little clips, though.
Take it with you and go get a new one. The vast majority are CR2032 watch batteries, but you never know ...
Push a new one in.
Boot PC. It will come out with an error saying settings invalid or something has changed. Do what the prompt tells you to configure the BIOS and it will be at default settings. Set the time, date, etc... save and exit... and you are set!

double-click on the clock at the bottom, then click on "time zone" tab, and then once the correct timezone is chosen, and the clock being reset by you, everything will be fine then, it won't change then.
