You might have to drill a hole in the underside of each opened front doors. Call a dealer to confirm location of where to drill. The water's coming in through a pooling inside a door.

If you have your car aerial on the roof of your car, the water may be leaking in through there and then coming out of the internal light.
Your best bet is to sit and observe when it rains, that way there'll be no doubt!
If that doesnt help, an alternative would be to get a sheet of plastic and eliminate different areas of the car where the water could potentially be coming in from.
For example first cover the roof with the sheet when it rains, if there's still a puddle you know it aint coming from there, then the bonnet and so on so forth till you find there is no puddle and voila!

The you have gotten answers point out two different things on that side. 1.) the easiest to fix is the drain hose from the AC is plugged or broken or has fallen off. In this case the water is clear and COLD. 2.) the more troublesome and expensive is a ruptured heater core. In this case the water will be the color of the engine coolant and will be WARM and the windshield will fog-up immediately. It isd possible the CD window is also fogging-up. (pardon the dangling participle) I had one rupture while over 90 mph on a drag strip. It totally fogged the windshield instantly and I had to hang my head out the window just to see to shut 'er down. I will never race with a connected heater again. Old Fart Ford Racer

It would be nice if we knew where in the car the puddle is! That would narrow the possibilities down. Try aiming a hose at the car in the area of the puddle, shooting at one place at a time. This may help you pinpoint the source of the leak. If it's a Fiesta, it's a older car...so it's likely to be a worn rubber gasket somewhere. Start with the window seals and see if they are cracked or broken.

I had this problem with a VW Golf years ago! It turned out that the aerial, which was mounted on the front wing, had been fitted with the cable running through the bulkhead on the front passenger side en-route to the radio in the dashboard. The hole wasn't watertight! There should be a rubber 'bung' to stop rainwater tracking back up any cables and dripping inside the car. Just a suggestion, if you have exhausted all other avenues.

I also had this problem.
Have a look at the Bottom corner of the Windscreen rubber. Sometimes the water gets underneath which then rusts.
Check the Door Rubbers as they may be Worn or may have 'folded over'.
Also to do a visual check, sit in the car and get someone to pour water over the car and wait for the water to appear.

It could be coming from the heating system.
Check that the rubber around the window screen is o.k
