Nope.
That idea is based on the notion that XX and XY sperm are different somehow (aside from the DNA inside). And they're not. It's a myth.
Twins are a different matter. That doesn't really depend on your sperm at all. It depends on your partner's eggs. If she releases two, you could have fraternal twins, or if it splits, you could have identical twins. But you can't 'plan' twins either. The only way to try is by taking fertility drugs (which are nasty things, with all the side effects), and that's neither moral nor guaranteed.
You can't choose the sex, and you can't have twins through any magical spell or sex time.

The sex of a baby is determined at the time of conception- The egg carries an X chromosome. The sperm that fertilizes the egg determines what the sex of the baby will be. If the sperm that fertilizes the egg is carrying a Y chromosome- then you will have a boy.. if the sperm is carrying an X chromosome- then you will have a girl.
There are many ignorant people out there who believe that certain positions and certain days of having sex/concieving will let you control the sex... but you have no control over what 1 of the 100 million sperm will fertilize the egg.

NO there is no way to predict your child's gender. The male sperm; however, does determine the gender of the fetus. This does not mean if you eat this or that, or do it this way or that way that you would "improve" your chances of a specific gender.
As for the twins thing, this is all determined in whether or not the woman can ovulate more than one egg at a time, for fraternal twins, and if in HER family history there has been eggs that split during gestation, identical twins-- it has absolutely nothing to do with the male or his family history.

No you can't reallly plan that. Some people think that timing increases their odds but it's hard to tell since you can't be sure when you ovulate. As for twins the genetic componant is hyperovulation so even if the mother has twins in her family she may not necessarily have inherited the hyperovulation. This a list of old wives tales for increasing the odds http://multiples.about.com/od/funfacts/tp/howtohavetwins.htm. Good luck.

The only way you are going to plan the sex of your child or have twins is if you become God; and I seriously doubt that is going to happen. Whoever told you this must be someone who tells old wives tales.

I've alwayed heard you could but I'm really not sure! I've always said I wanted to chose the sex of my child, I want a little girl! But if that's something you want to do then mabe you should do some research and find out more information. It sounds like a good idea if you're willing to go through the process of getting the treatment for you (or you spouce) and the cost. But in my opinion I think you should go for it if possible! Good luck, no matter what your decision I hope you have healthy baby boy or girl!

I don't why you'd ask that. Just pray to God for your preference but be happy with what you get. If your wife is tired all the time than your having a boy.

it quite is a sin for married human beings to not have intercourse! :) nicely possibly not, yet God needs married human beings to not in uncomplicated terms have a ton of intercourse yet a ton of large intercourse! regardless of in the event that they don't choose childrens. intercourse is approximately intimacy as nicely as procreation. And as Candi K7 reported, the Bible instructs believers to "come mutually" on a known foundation.

Yeah the only way you could do that is through Genetic Engineering like the other person said. When you do it naturally it's up to god.
