I think it depends on your body, its hard to say average. Average based on "Hollywood" would be probaly a D cup if you look at Britney, Paris and Lindsay. Your 16 and a B cup..sounds perfectly normal!

It seems like there really isn't an average, anywhere from A-D, being as I am a 34D (same age as you) I would like to think I'm average since I'm a bit overweight by like 10-20 pounds but by the time I get that off I might shrink a bit but maybe not by much, ~Anyway I don't really think there is an average and a valid answer to your question other than no matter what size you are you should be happy with what you have and I was looking through my mom's bras the other day and happened to notice some of the bigger bras are more pricey! 16 and a B, I don't think at 16 you're quite done growing so just be happy with what you have because you could think of it this way, it's just a size it doesn't say anything about your personality. I remember my friends and I made this little thing up for bra sizes so we would always seem happier with what we had, A- Amazing, B- Beautiful, C- Charming, D- Dazzling, DD- Delicately Delightful and so on.

There is no normal bra size for a 16 year old. I am 16 and I am a C cup (34). I am skinny, always have been. Your weight obviously changes your breast size, but that doesn't mean your bra size is "not normal".

I'm 16 and I've been a 40DD for 3 years. I'm also heavier than average, but I'm not as heavy as my C-cup aunt. It's not just your weight that increases your bust size, it's also what genes you have. My mom has a larger chest than I do and she weighs less than me, and I'm only 197lbs. My sister has the same cup size I do and she weighs more than me. Those genes can determine how you'll grow. I was an A cup in fourth grade, B in fifth, C in sixth, D in seventh, and then I hit DD in eighth.

Sweetie...everyone matures at different rates. A 36 B is an okay size.

Breasts are primarily fat cells (tissue) with a hormonal influence that will make them change as you grow, become pregnant, breast feed and as you gain or lose weight as well. In pregnancy related periods, the appearance in size can increase or decrease. Look to female members of your family, esp. moms and grandmoms-aunts as well, to get an idea.

At 19, breast tissue could continue to develop for a short period. Real growth is pretty much over by this age so any changes are not likely to be significant.

I don't think there's any real way to increase breast size without taking hormones or having a surgical procedure such as implantation.

One way to increase the appearance of the size of breasts is to exercise the pectoral muscles-these muscles are located approximately beneath the breast areas. More toned muscles can give a lift to breasts but the actual breast size will not change. Of course, there is no guarantee, but a woman would likely look better and feel better with exercise.

The whole process from the breast bud stage till the pubertal development is over usually takes about 3-5 years, but for some girls it may take close to 10 years.

Note also that after breast development during puberty, the breast is still NOT considered mature or fully developed. Only pregnancy brings about the fullness of breast growth and development

Though most of this development is over in a few years after getting your period, many girls can get a little rounder and fuller breasts in their early twenties, when they naturally get even more feminine and mature appearance with 'feminine curves' (meaning girls gain a little weight leaving the skinny teenage look behind).

i think this is 100% normal, and that has also to do with your family, if your mom had this size at your age, you're gonna have the same or similar, most of times. I'm 16 and i got 30G :D :D :D
