I agree with OTHERS do not do it.
You may wind up with absolutely nothing but a worthless deed. Someone with more money could come along and bribe a local official and steal the place out from under you--if you ever actually had the property in the first place.
A bargain is usually NOT!

Keep in mind that corruption is rampant in Bulgaria. Get a Bulgarian attorney, and personally inspect any purchases BEFORE you hand over ANY monies!

Don't do it!
Have you considered the enormous hurdles which you would have to overcome if you had problems with boundaries, ownership, title deeds?
You could be throwing your money away.
Buy only in proven markets, France, Spain etc.
