I had a bad day at work. Stopped at the local grocery store on the way home and noticed an interaction between a haggard-looking old man and the cashier a few counters over from me. The old man was apparently trying to buy a cheap six pack of beer but couldn't scrap up enough change. I checked out and was walking to my car when I noticed the old man walking away, without his beer. I called out to him, "Hey, mister; hey mister." I went up to him and gave him $20 and told him to go buy his beer. As I'm walking back to my car, he calls out to me "Who are you?" "An angel", I answered. It made my day!!

A guy in a wheelchair was trying to get into the cafe but you had to take one step to get in. He kept trying to pull himself up and was really struggling to get up. There were so many people in the cafe and it was evident that he was having difficulty getting it, it was a depressing sight, no one even looked his way or gave a thought of helping him. I had to get up and help him get in, made my day (not being sarcastic)

I rolled my friend over from his back to his stomach because he was passed out drunk and had thrown up on himself, I probably saved his life that night.

I was there for a friend when she needed me. I didn't abandon her when others did. She's a great lady.
