duh. it was probably embarrassing to her to be treated like a sex object in a setting where she is probably interested in being taken seriously as responsible employee. but the worst of all is that you did it in front of a bunch of interested witnesses: co-workers who compete with you for recognition and higher-ups who could feel compelled to reprimand your actions. great work, bozo.
