Check out www.bahn.de for train schedules... You just have to switch the page from German to English by clicking the British flag in the upper right hand corner of the page. That should give you the schedule.

Either go to a rail station that's on the rail line you'll be using and pick up a schedule or ask the station master about scheduling your trip or try to find a web site for that particular rail line ... everything you need should be at one place or the other.
