Between Batman and Captain America, in a heads up competition, who would stand on top?

Batman. He has this uncanny knack for being able to continuously size up an opponent. Where Cap is more of a straight-laced, A-B, kind of guy, Batman understands how to bend or break any and every rule to his advantage. His resourcefulness would enable him to best even a super-soldier.

Captain America would win out I think
but I would want Batman too
Captain America is superhuman
Batman isnt, but he does have some swanky gadgets which might help depending on what Alfred put in the utility belt before the match
