of course your mood depends on what has happened that day!
thats what a mood is,
its a reflection on how your feeling.
nobody can control their moods,
they can put on a front and pretend they are happy if sad etc.
but they will know what mood they are in

Of course. Whatever happens to you during the day affects your emotions. That is what emotions are for.. to display the mood you are in depending on whats happening in your life. Only your self control and thinking can change your mood once it has been set in a direction by an event or situation. Some people are unable to control thier emotions and things can get out of control for them. Other people cope differently and hide them. But underneath it all, unless your a heartless robot, emotions are going on all the time depending on your life and surroundings.

In General, mood is affected by various people and situations.
BUT IT CAN BE IN CONTROL ALSO
What all needed is * Mental maturity * Experience * Positive courage and determination * Clarity of mind * Pure heart ...
We need to take out time to talk to our self like 'should i give the switch of my mood to others, so that they can ON / OFF my mood at their will OR should i keep the switch of my mood with my self so that I can keep it always ON'
Also speak to your self based on previous mood off experiences 'my problems were solved or increased during my mood off sessions'
When ever mood is off - just move away from that place or room for a short time - try with a glass of water or a face wash or a toffee or a short nap if possible ... etc.
When ever mood is off, just don't try to entertain or think seriously about the flow of thoughts .... think seriously when you feel OK... like this way you can gradually weaken the strength of the Mood off effects and it also helps to come out of mood off situations

Yes my mood tends to be affected by what happens to me if someone has wound me up at work then I seem to get really angry and when something is said to me nasty I tend to take it to heart and can't snap out of the mood! Its dificult to stay in a postive mood all the time! I don't undrestand some people they question you if your in a good mood and go why are you happy!

Mood can be affected by your experiences, but also by your brain's own natural highs and lows. People have different average levels of happiness, anger, fear etc which aren't entirely related to what life throws at them, I guess it's a lot down to neurochemistry. You can regulate your mood somewhat through drugs, but best not to though unless it's essential (ie a psychiatrist prescribes them).

You got it backwards. You got the power to make another persons day nice. And guess what its usually free. Make it a point to complement something or someone everyday.
Try smiling at a stranger, they just may need it. Now and then do a little something for or with your coworkers. Maybe you get knocked down easily because you can't build up enough positive power, and when you apply it you release its energy.

No not necessarily. My mood can be due to soemthing that happened a few days before & whatever happens on a day after that may aggravate it or it will stay the same.

Well of course its influenced by what happens to you during any given day.
And nobody can stay happy and positive all the time, that's completely unnatural. Its only through experiencing the lows that we can truly appreciate all the really positive things that happen in our lives.
So... I'm pleased to declare.... you're perfectly normal!!! :)

you can control it..what might help is whenever your around some people who make you feel anything other than the way you want to feel... as soon as you feel your mood changing.. just say excuse me... jump in there tell a funny story... say something amusing... than nonchalantly say... oh I'm sorry I just had to say this while it was on my mind... more than lucky because you were amusing or funny... the people will accept ... good luck ...
