This is in the laptop section and you are looking to overclock your processor? You want to own a boat anchor, right? Strongly recommend that you do not attempt to overclock at laptop porcessor. Because they have to squeeze everything into such a small space, most laptops barely have enough air flow to cool them at normal speeds. Overclock the thing and you will burn the processor (and probably the system board) in a fraction of seconds. Do not attempt to overclock a laptop.

You have a BIOS that is made specificaly for you motherboard.
So actually, the answer is "Nobody has that kind of bios because that bios would have to know everything on every motherboards and it would be too huge to fit on 512k or less"
