Depends on what state you live in. Virginia for example, all liquor stores are state owned and Restaurants have to go to a special distribution center and pick up their alcohol in person. you need to buy from a wholesaler, pop that into a search engine and you should find a few useful hits, yuo may have phone for quotes if you really want to get the figures for the amounts you need.
