Can anybody help me to do Processing Customer Returns Online?

I am already a memeber for this customer returns online.And i tried accordinglt what was asked to do.But so fat i haven't got anything out of it.Can anybody who do this help me out please ...can anybody tell me how to do this step by step.May be i might have done in a wrong way.

Be careful....a lot of these work at home deals are scams designed to take your money.
