Seriously if you have to ask that question, you probably are not ready for a professional environment. Stay put at BK and maybe you will be promoted to Chief of Fried Foods for your shift.

Dress well, a suit is a good option and can be bought cheaply from an op shop, make sure its cleaned and pressed. Casual clothes can be OK no jeans though, no open shoes, no slang when speaking and no chewing gum. Always smile, listen carefully and you'll do fine. Good Luck!

First of all, the lack of capitalization and misspellings will get you no where when it comes to advancement in your position. Always run a spell check, even when submitting questions in Yahoo. Secondly, pay attention to every detail of your job and present your work in a neat, organized fashion; don't get involved in office gossip or conflicts; always have your cloths clean and neat; never wear anything revealing (i.e. too low or too short); be friendly and courteous to everyone....that should get you started.

First learn how to write. When you refer to yourself, use the upper case I not the lower case i,and when you do write, check your spelling(e.g.professional as opposed to profession).Next just be yourself because most professionals are just plain people who have no sense of humor and are too occupied with their outward appearance.Believe me just the fact that you are concerned with behaving as them will get you up the corporate ladder quickly:)

Listen to "Just Thinking" and don't pay attention to "tom r". There is always at least one smart A** in every crowd. Good luck.
