I tried Bare Essentials and was very happy with it but find it to be too expensive. Is anything comparable but less expensive?

well I stumbled onto a website called everyday minerals (everydayminerals.com) and they are very inexpensive and it looks like they give you way more for your money. I have been using Bare Minerals for over 2 years noqw and you're right, they are expensive. Everyday minerals offers kits and a lot of shades, but I can't distinguish the colors well enough to be ready to shop on the website. But look on there and if you feel comfortable, then go ahead! Let me know how it works for you and then maybe I will try it too!

Just be careful, when price goes down, so does quality.

Physician's formula has a mineral makeup line and you can get it at any drugstore.

I use Arbonne's mineral powder foundation with SPF 15. It's foundation, powder and sunscreen all in one with the mineral base and doesn't contain any harsh chemicals like some of the cheaper ones might. With my discount and getting a 3 in 1 product like that, it comes out to be very affordable.

You should never skimp on quality when it comes to your skin or hair. If your skin looks good using BareMinerals then you should keep using it. I use about 1 pot of Minerals per year, and that includes 6-day-per-week application. If you find it too expensive, perhaps you're using too much and should review your application instructions. $25 per year, or every 9 months even is nothing to spend on good foundation.

Avon just came out with their version. I thinks it's $10 for a container and comes with it's own brush. Just as good as Bare Minerals. Contact me if interested I've sold it to about 10 girls in my office so far
