I know my mom has always wanted a nice up-to-date photo of me, I never get around to doing it but I know she would love it. If you have a friend with a good digital camera you can have them take loads of photos of you, pick your fave and get it printed and put into a frame your parents would like. Not very expensive but very thoughtful! If you have siblings you could do a photo of all of you together. Or, if you have old family photos you could do something similar.

You could give them a nice evening out at a nice restaurant. Have a nice photo of yourself done and put it in a nice frame. Parents are hard to but for, but you could always give them separate gifts, like a nice warm wrap for mom and a nice pair of gloves for dad. Good luck.
