required info.about to get B.A.degree without previous educational qualifications..? from indian universities?

I was told in some of the indian universities,there are distant education system and we can have a chance to get B.A. degree,without any educational qualifications only thing that he/she must be 20 or plus age.,and the person should read and write. Any body has a clear cut information?..But..,Pls.no jok.
