You could give her a hug, some tissue to dry her tears. Just be silent and listen to what she has to say. She is obviously very upset and needs to express her feelings. So, just listen. God bless****

The best thing you can do is just listen to what has her upset. Listening is an important skill to have especially when working with an upset friend.

Good Luck!!!

Think about how much she really must need you. You are the one she trust enough to listen to her, you may not have her solution but talking over it with them might help shed some light. Without you there to care for her she has only despair. You don't have to be a miracle worker but to listen is so helpful. From my lips to Gods ear I send a prayer for the both of you.
God bless us all...

let her know you are there for her, make her feel comforted and that whatever reason she is upset for will not matter, listen to whatever she has to say. hug her. if its about a guy. go up to him and sort the guy out! do all those funny things that you do that you know that cheer her up. take her out clubbing or somewhere nice. get a girly film out maybe and lots of chocolate or popcorn. just in general let her know you are there for her... with time she will be ok.

Let her finish crying because that is what relieves her stress she is under. After that, ask gently if she wants to talk about her problem. If she shares with you the reason, listen to her patiently and help her with her problem.
