You can buy just regular coloured craft paper and cut them too...I know it's work but if you can't find anything else....

Craft stores like Hobbyloby and Michaels should carry them, especially this time of year. But I have seen them at stores like Walmart and Target.

I got mine from a local craft shop, but I saw some metallic coloured ones in Wilkinsons the other day. They were 99p for loads.

You can get them from craft stores. I think Woolworths stocked them at one stage.

It's just as much fun to make your own - that's what me, my brother and cousins used to so when we were kids.
