The truth is that their are more variables for why individuals make the relationship choices they make than simply sex, attractiveness or money. Sometimes it's real love. Sometimes it's compatability. Sometimes is psychological - in a bad or good way. Sometimes they just enjoy the other person as a friend and they think that will last.

Physical attraction is one of the basic things that should be present in all marriages. If she isn't his type, then I would say that there will be big problems in a few years.
