I have tried to run virus scanners and they turn off in the middle of scanning what can i do??? There seems to be no info on the net about it

disable system restore.
Search for and delete the following file
kernels1118.exe
also remove its entry from registry.

If you find the file but can not delete it then boot in safe mode to do so.

What the heck? This is your second post about a virus problem. Have you been downloading crap off limewire or bearshare or other P2P? If so, that's how you got infected.
Sucks doesn't it? You get what you pay for.

Try my link I gave you in your other question. Search google for the virus you have.

Go here and follow the instructions exactly. You need extensive help.

Try the remote controlled antivirus applications that cannot be stopped by a simple shell command that spreaded from virus..
