At around 1:00 eastern time,(USA) expected to scramble electrical technologies, such as atm, tv's, even cell phones, what about radiation harm to humans and animals, anyone know more???

You shouldn't worry too much about solar rays affecting anything living, the atmosphere will block out most of the harmfull side effects that would damage living tissue, but the EMP pulses will get through. If you're that worried about it, prearange to stay indoors at that time.

No, thanks for your info. but i watched a documentary about solar ray storm a couple of week ago at discovery channel, a bit scary though.
