Park the car when it is warm and wait 10 minutes to see if there is coolant on the ground, if so see if you can figure where it is coming from. No water on the ground, when the motor is cool take the radiator cap off and start it up, top the water level till it is absolutely full and check for bubbles in the coolant, if so a head gasket failure. Some coolant will overflow as it get warmed up, that is ok Now a quick jab on the accelerator and if water comes out of the radiator like a fountain this will indicate either a head gasket or blocked radiator. Other possibles are a faulty radiator cap, loose water pump belt or a faulty thermostat. Never add water to a hot motor and never take the radiator cap off a hot motor either. Hope that gives you some ideas.

50/50. Same in the UK, ignore the 20% to 33% answer, it's plainly wrong!

In extreme cold climates, up to 60% antifreeze, 40% water. Don't exceed 60% as the freeze point will actually rise after that!

In the UK, it should be one part coolant to four parts water for normal conditions, and one part coolant to three parts water for very cold conditions. It always gives clear instructions on the container!

Turn the bottle round and read the back! It will all depend on whether you've bought premix or dilutable.
